Buy Linspire - How to order a boxed set |
You can order a boxed set of Linspire that comes on CD-ROM and is mailed to your address. To do this, go to the Linspire web site (www.linspire.com) and click on the green "Buy" tab. This will take you to this page: http://www.linspire.com/lindows_storefront.php
Click on the image that says "Buy Linspire":
You can buy Linspire as a stand-alone operating system (without CNR). If you do this.... you will have to install all of your software manually. If you are computer savvy and are familiar with Linux this may be an option for you as there are other ways to install software besides CNR. However, if you want the best value for your money you should probably by the Linspire operating system and a one year membership to the CNR Warehouse. This will give you the OS and access to over 2000 programs that you can install with the click of a mouse. You can buy both of these together by purchasing the "CNR Edition". This comes with Linspire OS and one year of CNR (click and run) for USD $89.95.

This will add one order to your cart. Under the column that says "Fulfillment" make sure that "Ship" is selected (this is the default). Then, click the Check Out button:
Complete your order by filling in your name, your address, and your credit card information. Once your order is complete a boxed version of Linspire will be shipped to your location via UPS, FedEx, DHL or the US Postal Service. You will be sent a receipt via email. While you are waiting for your package to arrive, you can go to:

And log into your account. If you go to My Account > Order History you can see your previous orders. You can also log into the forums and chat with other Members:
