You can move files in the File Manger (Konqueror) by either pressing the F8 key or Edit -> Move Files after you have selected what files you want to move.

Tip: Select the files by either holding the Ctrl (Control) key while you click what files you want to move, or select two opposing corners of a square while holding the Shift, and not the Control key. Or even simpler, drag your mouse curser to opposing corners of a square.

Then you can use the secondary browser by clicking the folder icon in the newly created dialogue box.



You will get a browser with many same qualities, but it does not move files, it simply makes it easier to create the file location code... Once you have decided the location, you can simply press OK. And then Ok on the Move Files dialogue box. You may get a progress dialogue if the files or folders have much data. If you do not, you do not need to be surprised. However, your files still have been moved.
